Countdown has started!! It is exactly 9:54 am where I am. They said between 10-12. Shall I start at 10? If so, it is now 5 minutes and counting. LOL
I still won't believe it till my fat bottom is in that chair! LOL What should I do with the old one with the sign on it, park it in front of their place of business? They ain't getting away with this without it being made public! BTW, here's the sign. I had planned to add photos to the sign of each individual problem spot.  Here's the link to the rest of the pictures of my poor, two wheels in the grave, chair.http://forums.psychcentral.com/album.php?albumid=388 It is now 11:22. They've got roughly 40 minutes left!

You know, we used to write LEMON on something, sign or whatever when it was defective. Why not contact the manufacturer of the chair and tell them what you think too...and include that sign hung on it.
I'm counting with you.... ????
