Okay, so this defeats the purpose of putting this in my blog instead of making a post about it...but after making this I feel the need for feedback. Just needing to know that people out there hear what I'm saying and care.

here it is

Kaika,

I care... listening/reading your post causes me to want to tell you to hold on, still, keep on...keeping on...the stuckness may lift on it's own yet. Get some sleep so you can see things from a fresh perspective in the morning.

Are you able to talk to the T about your flashbacks?

today is marginally better. I say marginally better because even though I don't feel as sucky nothing about the situation has really changed.
Thanks for this!

I was thinking about it last night because during out conversation my mom was telling me that last year that I had no issues with stuff like going outside alone or applying for jobs and she asked if anything's changed. Well, I was thinking about it...it can't be the stuff going on in my head because I had that started since last Summer, and I've always felt bad about myself. Well, the past couple of years I actually liked myself but that pretty much went away... one big thing that changed though was the location...(you know, on top of the plummeting self-esteem and rising amounts of self hatred) as of right now I'm living uptown right across the street from where I used to live like...10 years ago, litterally.
