No it ain't funny but I agree with you .
Certain songs do it to me every time .
And of course sometimes what people say.
Two seconds and I'm down again .
Trying to climb back out .
And I know you didn't mean it was funny , just a figure of speech . Funny can be funny or funny can be sad .
Hope you get out of that hole just as quick as you got in .
Hugs

I won't even listen to certain types of music unless I am really feeling strong as it may pull me down. Yes, it is often the little things that can pull us down so quickly.
Hope you feel better soon.

Crying isn't a sign of weakness. It's a sign of having tried too hard to be strong for too long.

I totally get what your saying. Last night I was feeling really good in a good mood. Then my in law did something that ruined my whole night then half of today. Or I'll be having a good day and get to thinking about something sad and then I get depressed. It's almost like I sabatoge my own happyness when that happens

It does happen so quickly but then perhaps the 'off' mood can be turned back around by a positive thought! Good will triumph over the bad. Praying you feel better soon, it's not a nice place to be.
