Stayed in the local area today instead of going to a staff meeting 1.5 to 2.0 hours away. Hubby couldn't be left with me that far away. I worked at home and at the office and took him with me on visits. He was afraid to be alone. So I may get grief for no staff meeting but it was all day and I would have had to be there at 8:30 which means leaving home at 7:00 at the latest and also that I could not have brought my youngest out to the play she is attending. Hubby can't drive. Work will be angry. I worked, just not in their meeting. However, I need to work and there has been a lot of stuff here lately about work and illness etc. I guess I will do what I advise clients to do, I am going to call the disability law project and make sure all my ducks are in a row. My anxiety could not have handled being that far away. I have had a week of computer and electronic hell! How did it all get so complicated? ahhhh

I'm not sure that I totally understand but sounds like you are having a tough time. Hoping it gets better for you.

Ahh, it's just the conflict between family and work. Hubby is still very impaired from surgery and pain and meds. Thanks a bunch,
