been having hallucination of drops of blood and rain. Then i look again and its gone. Hav not slept for over a day not sure how long. My sleep pattern gone crap don't know. What to do. Pdoc working at hospital today i think i'l go to emergency to see her.also have the shakes.

 thanks 4 the hugs and support everyone.  I went to hospital. In the psychotherapy forum I have written what happened. Seeing pdoc at her office in a few hours. Love you all. Can't with to see her. I've been so sad.
