This is a very comprehensive article that I found interesting and helpful. Everything from definitions & info to diet, exercise, alcohol use, with many links to explore and learn even more about any topic in the article. It's long, but it's easy to skim through to what ever particular thing that might interest you. Enjoy!

Can't stop you from praying and blessing me,
and if that makes you feel better feel free.
But keep it to yourself please, don't tell me.
And let's all respect each other's feelings.
With kindness, support and "sweet dreamings."
Thanks for this!

Hi Pom

I don't know if it's just my Internet connection or whatever but the link you have provided doesn't work for me.

Don't know what to tell you Zen. You might try going to www.medicalnewstoday.com and doing a search for "What is Mental Health?"
The link works for me.
