How's this wisdom for the Forums?Yo! I, too am guilty of creating a lot of negative feelings/posts; and according to my "religion" teaches about using "self as a santuary" Chew on this How's this wisdom for the Forums?

It is often necessary to spend time alone in order to find yourself. Make a conscious effort to take time to explore your inner space. Even if only for 5 minutes a day, close your eyes and breathe deeply, turning to your inner being....Greet yourself as a trusted friend and relax into the experience of just being there. The more time you spend in this space, the more you will understand and trust yourself............therefore,remind yourself; No matter happens, I will always love and support myself w/ positive self-affirmations....in that way, no matter who rejects me, I will always be there for myself........And as the world around us is always changing w/i every second, one thing we can always count on is our relationship with ourselves...everything/everybody who we rely on, sometimes on a daily basis because it is familiar and "safe"..it is subject to the law of impermanence.................
