I was looking in the mirror washing my face and all of a sudden the person in the mirror wasn't me. It was someone impersonating me......... I had to stop looking or I was going to do something stupid........ I hate mirrors..

Hey Volatile....
Sorry you had that experience; it's really quite creepy. That's happened to me before as well. It's typically a dissociative thing. Hang in there...
