I do not leave though I do just up and take a break especially if I am doing pretty good. So though I have been gone for 2 years lol I never really left ...though I ought to learn to shut my pm off when I take a walk about

I do believe that people are allowed to do a post about taking a break but leaving posts are NOT allowed as this upsets too many members.

Threads about leaving were allowed at one time in our past, but too many members who posted such threads then came back, causing general anxiety and confusion in the community. So such threads are now not allowed except in special circumstances.
You can tell people you're taking a break, though. And of course, you're welcomed to communicate you're intention to leave privately to your friends here via PM. This thread was resurrected and seems to have run its course, so I'm going to close it now. If you'd like to start a new topic, please feel free to start a new thread. Thanks! DocJohn
