Today is a beautiful day. It's filled with all kinds of positive possibilities. Can you be a source of joy, just for today?
Take everything that annoys you and simply laugh it off. Overwhelm those things that annoy you with your own smile and you're own kind, helpful actions. If you put a smile on your face, in your voice and in your thoughts, you'll see that it comes back to you in greater measure. Whatever you're doing today, make up your mind to enjoy it as fully and completely as you can. It works just like "The Warm Fuzzies." The more you give away the more you get in return. <center>  </center>

you know, I think I can try to do that..
Warm fuzzies sound really good for today, I am going to spend a very relaxing day with my wonderufl daughter watchign movies, and I love to do that, cause she likes to cuddle with mommie when we do that .. It is wonderufl to be able to go outside, some times too, but I love it when she says momie I want to watch TT with you... and smiles so big and brightly at me.. so so far I have felt nothing but warm fuzzies all moring.. Thank you sept for this wonderful post, I love it.. (((((((((( dragon hugs to you )))))))))))))))))))))

Oooooh! I know what you mean! If you look in the picture gallery, you'll find a pic of three puppies. It's a graphic. That's the way my two oldest and I used to watch TV. LOLOL

Oh yes, septembermorn,
You couldn't be more right in your thoughts....looking back this is what I have been mostly doing so the awful thoughts that have been pleaging me have been stuffed away while I need to concentrate on more important things in the future. I have a play day horse show I am showing in this coming Saturday & a Dressage show that I really have to practice for that is going to be on July 10. All of these take so much concentration & a necessity to be one with my horse that there is no place for other thoughts. I know that weeks before a dressage show that when I am not practicing the drills with my horse, I am running through them in my mind, leaving no room for anything else. It is amazing the free feeling I get while on my horse....gliding off into the sunset....cool breeze blowing around me, being one with the gentle giant I am sitting on, peace, quiet except for the sound of hooves on the ground kinda like a metronome beating out the rythem. Here's hoping that everyone can benefit from your thoughts. We can make life beautiful when we fill our mind with the good things we have & not allow room for the other things that bother us. WOW!! Thank you! How did I miss that??
Guess what? My youngest is here today doing some work. Of course, I made him read it! He patted me on the back and said "Yeah..." It sound like he was gonna make a smart remark but I can't get him to say it now. LOL Such a brat!  Ok, so it's my fault my warm fuzzies are late, but I sure got 'em now! Thanks, Hun!

Thanks for your words, Eskie. I've been trying to tell everyone to fill their head and thoughts with beauty when things get rough. I'm so glad you do that for yourself. Horses are such beautiful animals!! To be one with your own horse must be a wonderful experience! You'll do great! Tell us all about it, ok?
