Its been one year today since I last used self harm as a way to cope. I am really proud that i have been able to stop thi as it was quite destructive.

Just wanted to share that with everyone

that is great my son does some self hurt a few months ago he took a hot knife and branded it several times on his arm, it got very infected and he was horribly sick for weeks. I would love any advice you felt comfortable giving me.
