Has anyone ever tried EMDR Therapy before? My retired therapists wanted me to try this treament for depression, stress and bad memories. Here is a link if you haven't heard about it before.

Yes we have tried it it works wonderfull when you are able to fallow the complet procedure. Good Luck with it. It becomes easier with practice and more effective as well.

we tried too and now we use a modified version called OEI Therapy using ony one eye at a time. I all we use now cause it help so much.

Would love to try it as well. just wish I can get a great referral. My friend tried one and she said the clinician was poorly trained. So before I try it I want to know I'm going to someone real competent. Any recs in NY?
