I:m reading a book right now that presents a healing model with four stages: safety/awareness, then remembrance/mourning, then reconnection/reclamation and the 4th stage is giving back.
What is meant by 'giving back"? |

What does the book say about giving back? My guess is that it has to do with helping others to heal.

It either means the simple act of giving to others eg - volunteering or it means sharing what you learned(step1-3) with others who are struggling.

Without reading the book I can only guess, but I would think it means sharing your experience in the process of healing with others.

Can't stop you from praying and blessing me, and if that makes you feel better feel free. ![]() But keep it to yourself please, don't tell me. And let's all respect each other's feelings. With kindness, support and "sweet dreamings." ![]() |
