Don't worry I'm ok now! I've finally relise that I don't matter nor does my feelings. So instead of making my life worse over nothing. Because life is a gift and has only one chance to make everything right. I'm going to help others now! I want to listen. One hour of therpy is not enough and medication doesn't fix everything but listening to other problems could just be the case. I'm willing to help
