I'm sorry you feel over whelmed. I think life always gives us challenges and tests to face. I find as I got older, I became wiser and easier to tolerate the challenges. All you can do is make sure you doing good self care. Don't be too hard on yourself. I hope you feel better.

teary me ,

I'm sorry that you are feeling sad. I have never been to your profile page before, but it had a saying that I would like to remind you of:

Be strong now
Because things will get better
it might be stormy now
But it can't rain forever.

You have lots of friends here who would be happy to talk to you. Are you seeing a T? Are you on meds? Keep posting and let us know how you are doing teary me. We are concerned for you.
Thanks for this!

Ugh. I guess I've been thru this too.
I've had some really good improvements in the fall and winter-----and when my mood drops low again, it's just hard to take.
All I can say is you're not alone.

Are you in touch with your psychiatrist about how you feel? Do you see a therapist?

If what you are doing is not working, might need to try something different?
