Hi, folks.

Just want to ask who else out there is desperately seeking employment now.

After a very very long period of anxiety, depression and lethargy, I've, once again, started my search.

I'm hoping to get a gig doing some kind of bar-coding thing in Manhattan. That will be for about a month. Some extra cash in my pockets.
There is an agency that hires people to work with the elderly. That would be my ideal job. Not just something to get some cash in my vaccuous pockets, but also to interact with others in a, hopefully, pleasant environment.

That is all for now. I'll try not to be too picky and keep my head firmly grasped onto reality. (yeah, good luck with that)

I, too, am on the hunt since I'm getting laid off effective July 8th. I've been silently searching for a couple of months now, and had a great interview today.
