I am very fortunate to have a wife that I love very deeply. Lately, I have been using the thought of our love as a means of dealing with any negative thoughts that might begin to enter my mind. I repeat to myself "linger on love" over and over again and think about the sensation of my hugging her and kissing her cheek. At the end of the day, if one has love in their life, they are truly blessed. And I am definitely blessed to have a super sweetie pie.
Thanks for this!

What a lovely post. I too, have a wonderful husband that I am deeply in love with and good thoughts of him often get me through a troublesome day.

Thanks for sharing!

Renovation,

What a nice tribute to your wife. Have you told her that you "linger on love"? I'm sure she would feel like you had given her a great gift if she knew how much you love her. It would be like Valentine's Day every day!

You and your wife are very fortunate to have found each other. I am also lucky and found a man who has tolerated me for many years now.

Yours is a unique form of grounding. Good for you.

OMG this post is completely beautiful and inspiring. I hope your wife knows exactly how you feel. That's the nicest thing I've heard in a long time and so rare to find. So wonderful you cherish your wife this way.

Renovation - this is when you know you have 'true love' - when you still love each other after 17 yrs and love when times are tough. You both have a great gift - each other.
