Eat lots of watermelon for me! I am thinking about buying some fireworks and shooting them off but haven't made up my mind yet.

That would be.. Monday? ah... I might venture out to a local church gathering (3 miles away) or even to the "other side of the block" (literally) for the town center celebration or watch the fireworks from my front yard... I'm am going to my Mom's (4 miles away through a gated community) tomorrow, since this time of year is anniversary of Dad's passing, and what would have been his birthday... and on top of that her flowering plants just died!

In South FL, for fireworks? If it blows up or goes up, you have to have a licensed to light them. They have even less control over the idiots who shoot their weapons into the air! (So I'm more concerned about the fallout from that.)
