Hey guys,

Just wanted to pop in and say hello.
I haven't been that active lately and I apologize for that, just haven't been up to it I guess you know.. meh.

I'm doing ok, I glance at new posts, and read a bit.....my neck is killing me I think I pinched a nerve, I was camping when it happened... still hurts off and on and now my jaw is sore.. blah.

I'm on my own tonight, my BF went into Toronto to go see Team Sleep play, (chino= from deftones) I was going to go, but meh.

So I'm hoping I will survive the night, I don't like being on my own at night, alot of 'daydreams' (PTSD) related stuff occurs then.

Trying to keep busy etc.
We'll see if that works out or not... Popping in
