Well after load of trouble with a Realtor I hired nearly 45 days ago, I finally let him go this morning. I had no choice. I have been trying to reach him since Thursday and his office voice mail box has been full and he has not returned my hisbands or my calls left on his cell phone. I haf it with this guy. When we finally got in touch with him, he said that he had been sick. It was one excuse after another with this guy and enough is enough. I am trying to sell and this was crazy.

So I called two other realtors today to interview them. The first one was a women, which is a big plus. She seemed very nice and actually was one of those no none sense type ppl which I like alot. I told her we were interviewing another realtor and I would let her know.

The second realtor came by.............WOW

That is all I can say. First he pulls up in a car I couldnt afford in a million years and he is dressed to the 9's. Gets out of the car and is so handsome I was blown away. OK.....I know I am married, but I can still admire beauty when I see it right? This guy was so nice and on top of everything. He went over everything with us slowly and explained everthing. i appreciated that since I know nothing about this kind of stuff.

My husband and I decided to go with the guy. He is actually a top seller at his company and felt he would be the best choice. So we signed a sellers agreement with him.

After maybe 1.5 hours we had some peple come by and check our house out and they contacted my ***NEW*** agent and have made a FULL PRICE OFFER. WHOOOO HOOOOO. The realtor is coming back over tonight to go over the contract so we can sign off on it and accept it. We are siked. I am so happy about this.

I can not beleive that we wated 45 days with this other realtor who did nothing for us. Nothing.

So, my move to Texas shouldnt be long now. I suppose hubby and I have to fly out there with in 2 weeks to do some house hunting. I have never flown before so that is freaking me out. Anyway, just thought I would share the good news with you guys.

Jen, that is sooooooo awesome! You should see if there's a web site where you can post your opinion of these two agents so maybe some other people can be spared the headaches you had to put up with.
