A new documentary on mental illness hit the shelves this week. It is called "No Kidding, Me Too" and was put out by Joe Pantoliano. I just got my copy in the mail and am writing to recommend it for all of those who are battling these issues, or are affected by them. If nothing else, it reminds us that we are not alone. And it gives some real insight for those who have a loved one struggling with the disease.
