I'm not a Christian, and I would prolly feel uncomfortable seeing a Christian therapist. I've had religion jammed down my throat when I was a child, so I am very afraid of it now. If you are just seeing him for meds, then I wouldn't worry about it too much since you prolly won't be getting into deep conversations about your personal life. Or if you do talk to him in depth, try not to bring up religion to avoid a clash. Good luck to you.
