Reaching out for help online is so new to me; I'm facing it all with some trepidation.
Putting all my hopes and fears in writing is supposed to be one of my strong suits. But in all my fogginess and trying to stay focused, sitting at the computer and trying to find a name for all these feelings I have to express is really tough . Even going through all the machinations to get signed in here and find the right place to be is a struggle.
I remember one of the first things I read here from a participant was "...must remember, some people just can't be hurt anymore..." something like that...And I suppose that's true and what's kept me coming back.
I'm here because I really can't be hurt anymore and need to learn how not to let it happen.
I also really need to know if I need a different med for this disease of not knowing what my mind is doing to me? I'm not a danger to myself or others, unless you call not giving a **** a danger. I'm just trying to survive. Any feedback at all appreciated.
Thanks for this!

Hi curses123,

I've read you posts. You've certainly had some struggles. You haven't responded to any of the questions that people asked...none that I've seen, anyway. I am curious if you have ever with with a T? Have any of your family members worked with a T, to deal with their reactions to their sister/s dying?

I have lost many family members as I've grown. Some deaths have been extremely traumatic for me, others have barely affected me. Each death has it's own impact on me ~ depending upon where we were in our relationship, how I was feeling when it occurred, others' reactions to the death, and my general sense of life in that time period. Since there are so many variables, it's pretty tough to predict (or expect) accurate reactions of myself.

I am unsure if I have covered any of the worries or major stresses in your life. Your posts have been rather brief and difficult to for me to interpret. Would you mind posting more specific thoughts and feelings? I get a little mixed up with words, which is why I need less vague descriptions of ideas.

Please do write back ~ I'll check back soon. You aren't alone. People do care and seek to help those in desperation of an understanding ear, a hug, etc. I know that I do !

curses123, why are you not talking to a psychiatrist and therapist about this?
Thanks for this!

Hey there, feel free to try put your thoughts and feelings into a post. It may seem like a mess to you, but we're all going through some form of struggle and are quite used to these feelings.
I find it much easier to write about my feelings and hide behind a pseudynom online.
Thanks for this!

Thank you to all who've posted here for me. I appreciate it; I'm just so foggy and trying to get my meds straight, which is the most important right now. Then I can deal with the other things and focus on how to interact here.
Thanks for this!

(((hugs))) to you curses123

I hope that you begin adjusting to the meds soon. Hopefully things will start improving very quickly. Please don't forget that this is an international support group ~ people are always around ~ talking and listening to others.
