Here's what I keep realizing about myself. When I'm in the moment I feel so much more content. Seems so hard to stay there though, but the plan is to keep practicing. What do yall do too help you stay in the moment?

Of course, when I feel like s*** I don't want to be in the moment. So distracting myself is helpful too.

(((((justme41)))))---I have alot of stressors right now in my life (possible homelessness faces me), but, in coming here and reading others threads, joining in and, at times being silly with others; I am in the moment.

Knowing there are others in the world akin to me here on pc is helping me through the hardest part of my life thus far---I hope you find the same thing here--theo

Grounding and other real people help me get or stay in the moment. I try to take breaks often enough and go talk to my husband or go to the store/library, work in the yard, etc. so I don't get too far off track in my head :-)
