why Doc John interacts with us here? Is it permissible to ask...

I must admit that the fact that he participates so much really surprised me...a lot!

What are the reasons for interacting vs. not interacting? I'm especially interested with the reasons for not interacting.

Thanks people!

I would pose the same question back to you -- why wouldn't I interact with the community?? I think that would be a little odd, like going to a party at someone's house and the host stays upstairs the entire time.

I wouldn't play host to a community if I didn't want to interact with it... I suspect most people feel the same way. I don't know of an online support community hosted by an organization or professional where they don't interact with it (but would be happy to hear of any such examples!).

Best,
DocJohn
