Alex, I hope you don't mind that I started a tthread with your name. I tried to PM you but you have it blocked. I just read the thread on PB on your comparisons between the two sites, and I thought you did a good job. I'd like to think many who gravitatred here are not just disgruntled babblers, but maybe you covered this in saying that some posting styles suit one site over the other. There are other things I would say to you in private, but I can't do that either place right now. I thought you described well how both sites can peacefully coexist. It seems that both administrators, thank God, do not hold resentment for posters that participate in the other forum. Anyway, I just wanted to say hi and that I liked your thoughtful analysis.

Hello Toph. Sorry about the PM - I'll turn it back on. I forgot you were blocked... Thanks for what you said... I was worried about upsetting people... Glad people seemed to take it in the spirit in which I intended it. I certainly did not mean to imply that everyone here is a disgruntled Babbler! I know there are people here who have never posted to the other site, and I know there are people here who simply prefer it here.

:-)

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
