HelplessHope, call you doc, tell him/her what is going on and see if you can get some relief. A month is way too long. You need help now.

Good luck.
Thanks for this!

(((HelplessHope))) Sorry youre having such a tough week!!! Have you been on Lithium for long? If not, then you may need to give it some time to take effect, at least 4 -6 weeks. Hang in there if you just started. If you have been on it for some time you should have your Lithium levels checked at regular intervals. If youve been on it for 4-6 weeks and still feel no better then you may want to discuss the dose and choice of med with your p-doc. I advise you to drink plenty of water!!! Dehydration in combination with Lithium therapy can make you feel terrible, and make you very sick. Hope you feel better soon.

(((HelplessHope)))...Good suggestion from Byz. to go ahead and contact your p-doc with how you're feeling. You shouldnt have to wait another month, if you already know after a month you are feeling no better. Glad your drinking more water.
