I'm in a bad mood now, & I can't stand anyone! I'm just so irritable & I want to *** again or even ***. I would be better off, & so would everybody else. What's the point in living? Oh, well.

Hello, SWA 1971. What in your life has occurred to get you to this point? Do you have a psychiatrist or therapist you can talk to?

Are you thinking about harming yourself?

Please keep posting so we know how you are doing.

Be well.

This too shall pass. Please hang on for awhile longer. It will be worth it. Please keep us posted on how you feel. We care. Keep the faith.

Hi SWA,

It may be a temporary solution, but I read somewhere that if you smile, your mood will follow even if the smile is forced - so try smiling! It sounds silly but it really works. I've tried it a few times. You can also think about all the things you have to be thankful for even if it's a small thing like a sunset, or a meal, or clothes to wear.

As the others have said - please continue to post so we know how you are doing.

Thanks, Julial & slowinmi. I'm doing better now, at least so far. Hopefully, that will stay! Thanks again. Take care.
