You might wish to write down a short synopsis of each call, all on one paper with the rest of the stack of notes, while you're a bit calm now. That way if and when someone fails to read their notes in your file, you won't panic but will have it all at your fingertips.

You are awesome for achieving this outcome! So many people let things slip until they have to walk away empty handed and still paying.

When there are companies that allow us to take on accounts, cards, credit etc in the current financial climate, they are the ones who should take the loss, they do it deliberately so that we are encumbered to them; when they stop, the crisis stops.
