Hey Darkrunner,

Don't be afraid of chat - I can understand a little because in the past I've only been able to go into chat rooms when I'd had a few drinks. They (alcoholic drinks) do not go very with my meds now though and I would rather stay out of hospital and take them than do all that self-medicating again mullarkey.

Just pop into the lobby and a few rooms and say hi to people, then leave again is what I would do. Good luck

Regular positive affirmations sounds very good but I would be worried about people, like Darkrunner, don't get any cos they don't use chat potentially I like this icon but it looks like no-one else can join their group hug
