Hi everyone!

So my current "offical" diagnosis is Bipolar NOS. It started out as BP2 but then I had an episode with psychotic features and she decided I couldn't quite be classified as BP2 anymore but didn't *quite* fit the dx for BP1 either. I'm undiagnosable

At any rate, I've had several people identify anxiety and OCD and ADHD symptoms in me, most recently the doctor who's administering my neurofeedback. So I want to bring this up with pdoc next time I see her, the 17 of August. I took the quizzes here and printed the results and intend to mail them to her in advance of our appt because I'm always so flustered I can't get my thoughts together enough to remember all I want to discuss, and 15 minutes for the appointment really adds to the pressure.

I have a very strong family history of all 3 disorders in my family on Dad's side - Dad and one of his sisters with ADHD, Dad and 2 of his sisters with anxiety disorders (one with panic disorder) and Dad himself has ADHD confirmed and Asperger's suspected. I don't know if claustrophobia counts as an anxiety disorder but all 3 of them grapple with that, too. Additionally my great-grandmother on that side was institutionalized when my grandfather was a kid for an unknown mental illness; unfortunately anyone who would know what that was has passed away now.

Anyway I would like to include a note with the quiz results to send to my doc but what the note should say is beyond me. I'm "too ADHD" to get my thoughts together on paper in an organized and presentable pattern. Any advice/assistance?

Just type up a note that says "very agitated can't concentrate wanted to get these to you because I have trouble bringing up everything I need to in consult"

Didn't occur to me to just put it out there, I tend to... ok i HATE coming across as scattered and disorganized on paper even though I know that's how I am in real life. Which is probably another "symptom" huh!

*sigh* the 17th seems SO far away...
