S. Ky is getting hit hard with lots of rain already. So far today we have gotten between 3-5 inches and are having street flooding. They are saying that we should get about another 8 inches or more still to come. Some of the schools are closing due to the the roads being covered with water. Think we are going to float away.

Please let us know how you are.

I had to go get my Mom today. It flooded where she lives but went back down. We didn't let her go home because more flooding is forecast for tomorrow.

Please keep safe!

Hugs,

Jan

Just an update. We are Ok here. They said that the worse will be coming in after midnight with the strong winds and strong storms. Our house is fine, but a new subdivision down the street is flooded. Some of the houses the ppl just moved into. A high school close to Fort Campbell had it's roof cave in from the heavy rains. But they were very lucky because they had cancelled school today because of flooding and no students were in the building at the time. They said the roof and walls had caved in on 5 classrooms. I hope everyone stays safe and good luck.
