I can't read the whole article...but will say that none of this is new. The stuff that went on... by both republican and democratic legistives/politicians after Hurricane Andrew... well, much of it is still unbelievable! The ongoing, yes ongoing after nearly 14 years, problems still not solved... no one would believe it and most can't bother to care... so much happens in ppl's lives day to day (not in disaster zones) how could they contain it?

So many ppl are traumatized in this world, imo, that more programs and doctors need to be assisting with ptsd!
