I had to go back to the doctor in Little Rock yesterday and (drum roll please) I have lost 92.8lbs. I am very proud of myself and have met 2 of my goals. I can buy my clothes at Walmart and I can be weighed on a regular slidy doctors scale. I can't wait until I have to go see my GP next.

that's great news jannie!! reading about your long road leading up to your surgery and now these wonderful results to show for all the work you've been doing and the care you've been showing with adhering to the different way of eating that is required after such a procedure (can't remember name of your thing).
meeting goals is such a sense of accomplishment. kudos to you for getting there!

That is really a wonderful accomplishment.....you gotta be so proud of yourself....that is really amazing & had to have taken so much will power....you have my congratulations for sure.....you gotta celebrate (only with something lo cal...lol). Debbie
