I blew it! I was in the hospital waiting room for over 2 hours a few days ago. I read most of an Oprah magazine and was quite impressed. There was article I really wanted to share here. I blew it. I should have kept it and did not. I figured I could find it online. Wrong.

Does anyone have this magazine? I think it was recent, but can't be certain. The article was about how the author dealt with depression under the advisement of a Zen instructor. It had examples of how the counter-intuitive methods of total acceptance and embracing the illness lead to rapid recovery.

Another clue to which issue this is, it has a couple articles about young teen sexuality, but I guess that is a pretty common topic.

Rats. I don't think so. There was also an article about a woman going to a Flamenco dance workshop.
