Hi, I don't see any topic headings for ANGER.
Can I/we ask for a heading for anger? Is that possible? Am I asking for too much for being still rather new here? Please, let me know what you think. Anger posts...where do they go?

It's been discussed when we had a thread for suggestions and it was considered unsupportive I think, so have a forum just for anger. Admin was afraid it would get too crazy. My suggestion would be to go to the forum that focuses on the topic you're angry about, and just post that your angry and upset about something. For example, if I'm angry at my depression, I post in depression. If I'm angry about about relationships, I post in relationships. If I'm angry at something outside the mental health subject, I post in general. But admin doesn't want us going off and possibly being triggery, so you have to be careful. If you have someone you can PM, maybe you can do that. Just have to use good judgement when expressing anger, and make sure you just need to vent, that your intentions are not to upset anyone, and hopefully no one will get mad. That's all I can think of.

Anger posts...where do they go? Exactly my thinking Anger posts...where do they go? I have also found when I am angry and really don't wish to air it publicly, I write it up in a PM and send it to myself!

LOL, Sky. That sounds wise. Nobody to get upset with you when all is said and done. Anger posts...where do they go?
Thanks Ray. That sounds like a good idea.
I'll be careful about not being triggery.

Good Idea jax!
But, I imagine the Depression forum is the best forum to post about anger since depression is a form of anger turned in?
