is there any way you can treat yourself so things don't get worse? Any way to relax or distract yourself?

there are thoughts on the tip of my tounge, but i think if i say them they wont make sense to anyone .... everyone will be wondering what the heck i'm talking about, except for lady dragus.
My world just seems to be slowly falling apart. Too much change, maybe sooner then I thought and I'm having a hard time with it. |

Maybe if you wrote down your thoughts on paper or in journal? They don't have to make sense, really

It's really alot of things silverqueen.
From my parents moving, selling the house to my twin, that comfort wont be there really, not with the change, my cat can't be with me cause the bf is allergic, i'm stressed about not seeing her since my parents will likely be close to 2 hours away. I can't call them because I don't have a phoneline... I wont have a home, even though yes i'm living here at my bf's house but it's not mine... does that make sense? |

Yep it does make sense. It sounds like you have a lot of negative things going on right now

It makes sense to me too. That really is a lot to deal with. I don't like change, and as much as I always moved around, I associated certain places with stability, and I don't like those places to change (like my grandparents' houses). And I bet it feels wierd that your sister is buying your parents' house too, and maybe you are questioning where your place in the world is. I can understand having stress about all of that.

Thanks ladies.
I don't like change, well I didn't think that it would bother me to be honest, but it just started to alot today. I do not like change... I don't feel like I have stability now for some reason. I don't like change, my cat doesn't like change, and I can't have her here... and that tears me apart, I need animals with me... and not having any is just really difficult. It will feel weird when they take possession, because it wont be my house for 25 yrs, i've never been anywhere else. Yup silverqueen, alot of negative, don't see alot of postive. |
