I've been manic since Monday- Finally slept yesterday but am struggling with speech and cognitive tasks after the episode. Also had to miss work and got a letter from the boss yesterday after calling in that my job performance has been poor. Have a psych Doc, Counselor, and go to work Monday and am not really at the level to function yer. I'm crying all the tyme? residula mania- what do I do now??? my chat link doesn't work- bleee

you didn't state if you contacted your pdoc or not. many times mine tweaks my meds until i balance out from an episode. perhaps u could schedule an appt. after work hours so your job is secure-hopefully.
