I'm sorry I haven't been very active on the forums, my seasonal stuff is kicking in and I've had 0 energy... been stressed out as well. I'm living with my BF now, that whole thing is a bit stressful but I'm postive it will be ok.
I've been doing my light therapy, it seems to be helping a bit. The last two nights had nightmares of assaults and rape, and that hasn't been fun to wake up to.  I didn't sleep well at all lasnight, I've been so tired.

I started feeling SAD symptoms kick in this year sometime in August. That's way too early and not a good sign. I'm afraid it will be a rough winter. I'm not even using my light box. My schedule is too mixed up and I don't have time. But what I am doing is trying to get outside and get some exercise when I can, especially in the afternoon when the sun is brightest. Hang in there, and know that you can always come here and find a friend.

Tomi, it rained here too. Night is a good time for raining, and we still need it even though the drought is technically over. I'm not all that far from you - it's probably the same storm system even.

Haven't looked at a weather map, but yeah, it probably IS the same storm system. I sat in my beautiful new front room and looked out my beautiful new bay windows and watched the lightning and listened to the thunder and the rat tat tat on my roof. LOVED IT!!! Gave thanks where thanks was due!
PS Mel, couldn't help myself but repeat myself.  Bad English gramar, huh? LOL

So, how about it Sundance? A trip to California might be pretty nice. Whose job is it to figure out how to teleport so we can go any time we want? I know I've assigned that to someone....

Thank you everyone for the replies.
I'd love to go to Cali. My symptoms for SAD came early last year, this year it didn't start to hit me hard until a couple weeks ago. Today was ok, was tired all day though. Sucks. Trying to stay postive.
