Life is energy, "Chi". The Energy or "Chi" of the human body is
the foundation of our health and well being. When our chi is
purified and flows smoothly, our immune system and integrity
will be strong enough to keep our body, mind & spirit in
balance. When our chi declines, we can become vulnerable to
negative and sick energy, causing illness and disease.

All healing depends on energy. This energy can come to us in
many ways, but ultimately it is our own reserve of positive
and good energy that provides the inner strength which keep us
healthy and enable us to overcome illness and adversities.

No one wants to be sick, but being sick is one of the Eight
Sufferings of Human Life. How can we avoid them all? As an
ordinary human being, the first way to have less disease and
suffering is to cultivate our-self, to enhance our own positive
energy field of the Body, Mind & Spirit.
The second way is to get on a path of True Enlightenment and
ultimately reduce the force of bad deeds (Karma) by increasing
the rewards of virtue and good deeds.

We must cultivate strength, compassion and wisdom. Then, if
illness does arrive, it can be alleviated and neutralized.

Everyone needs a Touch of Chi.
Thanks for this!
