I have felt so stressed out this week and think that I am not doing my best work. What should I do so that I can do my best at work? Stressed out and cannot focus at work!

Hi Dub! Stressed out and cannot focus at work!
I think exercising. I, personally, am too lazy to do it but it's supposed to let out hostile and frazzled energies and replace it with new, good energy.
Besides that-get a theraputic massage. Stressed out and cannot focus at work!
