I know part of the problem lies with me because of my lack of meds but seems if someone isn't getting their feelings hurt, they are being snippy and hurtful with others! Makes wanna run and hide rather than to find solace here!!!

Tomi,
I haven't been here in a while......tried to get back but seem to have a fight going on in my mind......the flashbacks are trying to take over & I am trying to focus on other things to keep them out. I hate it when it does that. I am not sure what has been going on here......I know for me right now that the running & hiding sounds like a wonderful option. Only meds I am on are the migraine narcotics & the seroquel to keep away the nightmares (& if I don't take them I keep myself awake to avoid the dreams). I know it feels good to be off meds.....but when they help, it is hard to make sense of things without them. Maybe others are going through hard times that are hard to deal with themselves......hard to know why people are either getting hurt or are hurting others. Sometimes it may be happening when things are going on internally that we don't understand. Tough when we have many different personalities in the same place. Hope you are settling into your new home......when you can just sit back, relax, & enjoy your new place, maybe things will settle down some......it is interesting observing the interactions that go on in a community like this. Thanks, ya'll... just being *****y 'cause I need my meds and now it feels like I'm catching a cold. I'm NEVER this way! I'm hating it!!

Tomi,
I have had times where I think I am getting sick, cold, flu, just the yucks, & later find out that it is the crappy depression sneeking around. I hate it when it does that because I can't always tell what is going on with me....then I feel so stupid when I go to the Dr cause I think am sick & there is nothing wrong. Glad you are feeling a bit better now......life can be just too dang complicated sometimes. Take care of you, Debbie

Seems like that's what's happening to me. I was fine yesterday as far as any cold coming on. Now my sinuses are burning again. Who the heck knows!
 Everything seems magnafied when the depression tries to sneak back on.You take care of YOU 'cause no one else will, that's for sure!

Thanks, Mellors. I know the caring person you are... but would you understand if I said I'm gun shy right now?? It's UNBELIEVEABLE the things that are happening and the extent they've been taken to. Maybe I should just go crawl under the covers until everything passes.
