I feel frustrated with my work history and iam scared about going back to work. I am a hard worker and very dedicated to my job however there is always that one person that screws me up and makes me mentally unstable. I can't focus on one thing my mind wanders and my memory fails to work properly. I was wondering how to cope with this i get this issue sometimes while iam just out i get in some sort of daze and forget where iam and how i got there. It scares me alot.

Hello, soul searching. Is professional help an option for you?

These are all things to take up with a doctor if you have an opportunity to see one. My concern is that bipolar/depression may not be the only thing at work here. [Personal Observation: Once a person gets a mental health diagnosis, there's a tendency -- including among professionals -- to read all symptoms within the frame of that diagnosis. This can lead to overlooking comorbid conditions.]
