So I woke up today and I felt sick to my stomach and headachy. I tried some food that didn't help, I decided to take a shower, that hasn't helped either. I have a bunch of things I need to do. I am shaky, my eyes have horrendous dark circles under them and for some reason my chest ACHES badly and my neck hurts too.
I'm the president of my college's Geography Honor Society and our meeting is today. I have to call the place I ordered our sweatshirts from because one of the logos on the sweatshirt is completely black. I have to pick up pizzas for the meeting, set up and distribute the sweatshirts at the meeting. I'm just not UP to this today. I'm sure anyother day this wouldn't seem like all that much but today it feels like it's a gigantic mountain of tasks. Oh yah and I have to study for a mid-term

Wow... that's a ton of stuff! Especially when you aren't feeling well.
 Make sure you take care of yourself though, ok? Sometimes you just *have* to give yourself a break.

Well I was able to get my advisor to set up for the meeting and I just had to drop off the sweatshirt on the way to pick up the pizzas and then I pinned names on the sweatshirts and gave them to my advisor in a bag when I dropped off the pizzas. So now I can get some rest, I think this is the start of a sinus infection my cheek bones ache horribly and so do my teeth and the front of my forehead. It feels like someone pumped my head up like a basketball.

hi Katt! Do you take any meds for your sinuses? I used to have awful sinus probs. Now I am on Flonase nasal spray and Alavert D-12!
Works like a charm. No sneezing or stuffiness. Hope you will recover soon. TGC

I have some horrendous tasting nose spray... so i don't use it A something...
