After reading Doc John's article entitled, "Sharing Yourself Online: Privacy While Blogging" . . . I wondered if Google and other search engines cache weblog pages that are not included on the user's "front page?" If I change my Psych Central Blog category settings to "Show in front page: NO," then will it prevent search engines from caching my blog entries selected for that category?

You can google your screen name and sometimes you'll see a link to things you've written or posted online with that name. Eeek!

I'll be darned! It's true!

Fortunately, I neither care if people know my stuff nor does anyone find me interesting enough to guess my username and search for things I've written. So I'm not personally worried about it.
