My brother has been in the hospital since sunday morning with dehydration and a fever. He finished his chemo and radiation right before Thanksgiving. But he's been pretty sick these last couple of weeks and lost a lot of weight. If everyone could send him good wishes to get well. We need it right now. It was a hard Thanksgiving with him being so sick. The day after Thanksgiving we always put up the tree. He just sat there and opened the boxes for us. He didn't have the energy to put the stuff on the tree with us. OK
 needing to stop.In case there are ppl here who don't know about my brother. He's 26 and was just dx'ed with colon cancer in Sept. Monty

I had cancer for a few months and was all alone. Your brother has you and your family. That is priceless! Cancer therapies are much better than they were years ago. I'm certain he is in good hands. Hopefully, he likes hugs because I believe they are very therapeutic! |

Just an update for everyone. He's still in the hospital. His fever breaks in the morning but continues to go up in the afternoon and evening. His wife is staying with him and just going home to shower. She's been sleeping in a chair in his room which isn't good for her since she's had 2 major back and neck surgeries herself. She's been missing work and finals. She's talked to her professors and they are going to let her take her exams when she's able to.
I just wanted to thank everyone for their prayers and well wishes for me and my family. Thank You everyone and I'll continue to update you all. Monty

Today's Update
Shawn is on his way home. They are letting him head for the house. He has to go to the doctor's daily for a shot he has to have for his stomach. But he's coming home and that's all that matters. Monty
