Epitome of Bipolar

OMG! I just realized that I physically change my appearance whenever my two main personalities change in terms of dominance! Damn! I didn't really see that, but I'm starting to blur the lines, and have to come to grips with the truth of the matter. ;(

Having different personalities is Dissociative Identity Disorder, not bipolar. Unless you are both.

Well, yes, I was having a freak out moment of clarity and should've elaborated. I realized this had started when I was a young teenager (about 14) and now I'm in my late 20's. I started dying my hair and such. Yes, all these things are normal, but I realized it's always a back and forth between two of the same colors and I am more so of one certain persoanilty when I am one way, and more of another personility when I am the other. One of them is a self-destructive personality, the other is more logical and calm and collected. I'm working on integration.

Oh yeah, sorry if I offended anyone, I guess it's more DID, but I'm not sure, I have been diagnosed as bipolar before in the past.

I have diagnosed myself with Multiple Personality Schitzoprenic Panic Disassociative Estrogen Induced Attention Defficit Hyperactive Disorder (EIADHD) with suicidal and homocidal tendencies. I'm having a great time with it though. =?}

before my bipolar was really stabilyzed my closet had wild colors on one side and "normal" colors on the other. i think when i'm more manic the bright, bright colors look perfect!

I was diagnosed with BP awhile ago and understand about this. I know other people with other diagnoses who do this too. My family and some close friends can tell by my style now, without even talking to me, where my mood is; it annoys me that I have become this predictable, and a running joke in the family, but so be it.
When I am maniac, I do wear brighter colors and prints, trendy things, accessorized, and I color and cut my hair in more edgy styles. When I am depressed, my hair grows out, it goes back to being a plain brunette or is worn up, I wear more blacks and browns, solids, much more reserved. When more level, I am somewhere in between which is now, subtle highlights and clothes with color but solids, and a more classic look than trendy when maniac but not so grim as when depressed.
I even mixed up the closet so it is by season and so there is no color distinction, but it still comes out this way. Sometimes I have tried to change my mood by picking something against what feel like wearing and the whole day seems off, to wear a color when depressed and it glares at me all day. I feel even more "off" and so I don't do it anymore.
