I see people write "T". I don't know what it means. Is it a counsellor or someone?

Depending on context, I think people use it as an abbreviation mostly for therapist but sometimes for therapy.

yes, "t" is short for psycho-therapist and "pdoc" stands for psychiatrist (since they're medical doctors). Then there's "DocJohn" our host, a non-therapist/medical psychologist, "The" expert on online psychology sites and their use: http://psychcentral.com/about/john_grohol.htm
