How do you know if you're boring or not? Partly subjective i know, but there should be a 'boring' test and ways to not be boring.

I'd say, "boring to whom"? If you enjoy yourself and what you are doing, who cares about what others might think? If you are bored with your life, then, there's not really anyone else you can blame? LOL
