It sounds like anxiety to me, but i'm to doctor so don't quote me on this one. Try to write down your thoughts. Journal about what you're thinking. Try to do some relaxation techniques such as visualization, deep breathing, or doing something that is relaxing for you.

Hi Maze,

Anytime you pass out, you need to have a check up. You not only have yourself to protect, but your beautiful child. Very often things like blood pressure problems and blood sugar levels don't show up until you start doing things like fainting. If you won't do it for you, please do it for your child.

If there is no physical cause, a pdoc or t can help you get to root of things, but please start with your physical health.

I wish you the very best,

Jan

Welcome to psych central Maze. Did you pass out completely and crash? Did you nod off, or feel lightheaded? I don't need to know, but exactly describing the event for yourself might help figure out what is causing it. How many times has it happened, is it always driving a certain route or doing a particular errand? Physical exam is a good first step. Working on stress and anxiety reduction would be good imo in any case! TC
